This course will provide an overview of what microaggressions are, the impact they have on students and staff, and effective ways to respond to them in ways that facilitate learning, reflection, and growth. Time will be taken for participants to practice responding to microaggressions and gaining confidence in their ability to be responsive and inclusive educators.

**This course is synchronous, conducted live in real-time and requires your full attendance and participation throughout the duration of the course. Your presence and engagement will enable you to earn a PDH certificate and a Credly badge. Please note that refunds or credits cannot be issued within 59 days of the course start date.
