Through the array of courses offered at the ISCA Academy, school counselors will be able to upskill in areas expressed in the ASCA Professional Standards and Ethical Standards and Practices

Whether you are new to the field or have years of experience, with this continued professional learning offered in areas that are essential to our role as school counselors in international schools, not only will our profession be elevated but also our professional goals and action plans will be realized.  

In-person conference providing opportunities to connect during workshops, breaks, lunches and special events.

Exclusive Pre-conference, deep-dive sessions, Counselor-led workshops that build your skills and connection to deepen your effectiveness in schools. 


The Collaborative will include around 30 workshops during the 10 day period, including over 10 hours of child protection training and  counselor led workshops!

Flexibility to attend live or view replays of the presentations and access all the materials, which will be available online until September 30, 2024.

During this engaging and informative 2-day course, ISCA Directors Cheryl Brown and Brooke Fezler lead participants through interactive training sessions. The training is specifically designed to enhance your understanding of the new ISCA International Model 2nd edition, which is aimed at establishing a comprehensive school counseling program. As a participant, you will gain valuable insights, practical strategies, and relevant resources that can be immediately applied to enhance your school counseling program.

Our Consultation Circles for School Counselors provide the training, care, and support counselors need to do their best work. 

Linden mental health practitioners provide counselors with a confidential platform to discuss challenging cases, find creative solutions to difficult situations in their schools, and most importantly: to share what’s going well.  


Ten to twelve times a year ISCA hosts webinars to keep you informed and engaged on relevant and important topics for school counselors or educators interested in learning more about mental health, wellbeing, social emotional learning in schools.
