Foundations of the International Model: On-Site Training in Saudi Arabia

Participants will have knowledge about:

1. the ISCA International Model 2nd edition
2. the 4 components of the Model: Foundation , Program Delivery, Management System, Assessment

Participants will be able to:

1. examine the ISCA International Model 2nd edition (including the NEW Student Standards)
2. create program goals
3. collaborate with counselor colleagues from around the world
4. develop a three-year implementation plan based on the needs of their student and school needs.

Cheryl Brown, M.A. in International Affairs and French Studies and a Certified Teacher, serves as the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the International School Counselor Association (ISCA), leveraging her extensive experience in international schools. With a professional background spanning six countries, Cheryl has showcased her dedication to education through her work as a high school counselor. She has also made notable contributions to various NGOs, multinational corporations, and government organizations worldwide. Cheryl's expertise extends to policy management at an educational accreditation agency, and she has played a pivotal role in co-developing the International Model for School Counseling Programs in both 2011 and 2022.
