About this webinar

Empower your entire community-educators, families, and students-with the tools to build meaningful, trust-based relationships.

One Trusted Adult’s research-based programs offer simple, impactful ways to foster stronger connections that benefit positive youth development, from the classroom to the kitchen table.

ISCA and One Trusted Adult are offering a special opportunity for ISCA members: discounted access to One Trusted Adult’s research-based Make It Your Mission and It’s Our Mission programs to empower your entire community – educators, families, and students – with the tools to build meaningful, trust-based relationships.

Make It Your Mission is an easy-to-implement group professional development training for educators that improves boundaried adult-student relationships at school. It includes four video modules with discussion questions, and a pdf reflection guide, and can be delivered in a single session (90 minutes suggested) or in smaller chunks.

It’s Our Mission is an easy-to-implement group training for parents and caregivers that provides strategies for supporting positive academic and developmental outcomes in youth. The program includes three video modules, discussion questions, and pdf reflection guide, and can be completed in a single 90-minute session, preferably in person, or three 30-minute sessions.

In this one-hour webinar, OTA’s Beth Corkum, an experience school counselor, will lead you through implementing these courses at your school and community, with detailed explanations, and examples of how other schools have used them.

ISCA members receive a 20% discount on this package of two programs, which can be accessed an unlimited number of times by the school for 12 months.
