ISCA Members: Request for PDHs Certificate for No Charge Events

A Certificate of Attendance is always free for current ISCA Members attending our "no charge/free" events.

On the following request form, you will confirm that you have attended the live online event or that you have watched the entire recording.

Also note, before the certificate is issued, we will verify your registration, attendance, and/or viewing via our online systems.  This is to ensure the integrity of our certificates and professional development hours (PDHs).

You will receive an e-certificate via the email you used for registration.
