Event Credit with ISCA 

If one of the following scenarios describes your situation, see below for the various ways you can redeem your ISCA credit:  

• I have a Bangkok 2020 Event credit --You can use your credit as payment for the Collaborative, ISCA Academy course(s), or Membership. The cost of your option(s) will be deducted from your remaining credit balance. Your credit is valid until December 31, 2021, or

• I have a 2020 Collaborative Credit -- You can use your credit as payment for the Collaborative , ISCA Academy course(s), or Membership. The cost of your option(s) will be deducted from your remaining credit balance. Your credit is valid until December 31, 202.

Your credit with ISCA can be redeemed for the following ISCA items:

• Membership (Individual, Bundle, Graduate Student, or Organization)
• ISCA Collaborative 2020 Recordings and Materials
• ISCA Collaborative 2021
• ISCA Academy Courses 

Your credit amount can also be used for more than one person at your school for membership and/or registration for an event.  Your credit balance will be calculated based on the invoices that ISCA receives and the amount(s) will be based on ISCA member or non-ISCA member pricing.

How to Redeem Your Credit 

When you are ready to redeem your credit for a purchase, follow these steps:

• Step 1 -- Register for the event or membership that you are interested in. You will not need to submit payment to complete the invoice, unless the amount on the invoice exceeds the amount of credit you currently have with ISCA (see current amount above).

• Step 2 --  When you are ready to complete the invoice, please send an email to ISCA at info@iscainfo.com and provide the credit information listed above. 

• Step 3 -- Once your information and invoice are received, we will finalize your invoice based on the amount of credit you have remaining.  We will contact you if your invoice exceeds the amount of your credit. If the credit covers your invoice amount we will send you a confirmation email for your purchase.

NOTE:  Any remaining funds will be held as credit with ISCA until the balance reaches USD $0.00.  After each transaction, you will receive an updated confirmation of your current credit balance. However, the credit expires on December 31, 2021.  Cash refunds are no longer available; only credit is available at this stage.
